Dairy, fish n chip shop and 4 Square store plus ATM very close by.Available room has 2 built in wardrobes with drawers. House has basement for extra storage.Section has clothesline, as well as plenty of space for gardens (including vegetable gardens).There's no landline or internet at the moment as I've never needed these where I live.I'm looking for an easy-going yet reasonably tidy/quiet/mature non-smoker who preferably works full-time.
