It is a beautiful 5 bedroom house located only 2 minutes from the Octagon (15 mins to uni) and has a shared lounge (with TV and piano), kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and a sunny garden.The available room is furnished and with queen bed.We believe that the lucky one should be a tidy and funny, 20-30 years old, active person.
Rent is currently $130p.w. excl utilities. Power + internet are usually $10-20 p.w.
