Flatmate wanted to share house with couple - one working the other a student. we have 2 cats and a dog also.Rent is $70 a week plus expenses and a couple of weeks in advance is required.
House is in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of halfway bush with a really private sunny backyard.
The room is a small double with a large built in wardrobe (double).There is a fire on wet back which helps keep power low during winter and provides great hot water too and a heatpump also. Plenty of off street parking.Rest of house is furnished, would just need bedroom furniture, we have a queen bed avalible if required.
