Kia ora,I am a 27 year old teacher looking for two flatmates for 2015. I will be a live-in landlord. My house is a really tidy three bedroom place in Caversham. I have two rooms available. both are big enough for queen beds and other furniture and have wardrobes. Although one is quite 'cosy'. There is a separate bathroom and toilet and a great, sunny, open plan living area with an awesome fireplace. I am friendly, tidy and pretty laid back. I love to play music and create. I'm looking for two friendly and trustworthy flatties :).
