Amazing place with a huge backyard and a garden view room. I am leaving Dunedin for a little while and wanting to rent my room out for 2 months or the whole year. Its a great place with 4 amazing people already living in it- 2 young and 2 mature students. Its an ideal place for senior or young students alike as well as professionals as the current crowd is mixed. The house is fully furnished and my room has a garden view and gets heaps of sun. The house and the room are spacious and you get unlimited internet included in the rent i.e. only for 138 dollars per week. Its on George street so a short walk to the university and very close to all Mcdonalds, Pizza hut, KFC etc. The link has photos for the place.
